What past workshop participants say the biggest benefit they got out of the workshop was:

"Actually taking photos and cherishing each memory with my child! (okay that's cheesy but the truth) Love the photo-a-day project. Also my pictures are much better with all the tips from your webinars!" - Avanee Patel

"The subtleties that you shared from your own parenting/photography experiences. I got the big messages, but it was the small insights that really helped me understand my own photography and appreciate the things that I do well... and not trying to perfect everything." - Elizabeth Katz

"Should I confess I had 5 years' worth of pictures disorganized on various computers ? Now, they are all organized, by years, on one single editing software, and the best ones are ready to be printed." - spring participant

"Realizing how important it is to take pictures on regular basis. It seems to be a trivial observation but it is not that easy. I am really grateful for your passion not just for photography but for capturing life's moments on film and inspiring me to do the same." - Baha Rudin

"Reignited my love of photography - I now feel like I can capture moments, know how to store, reproduce and share. Have really got a lot of joy out of this class." - Andrea Rivzi

"INSPIRATION... after every live webinar, I felt motivated to action (sometimes I didn't get it finished but I was still inspired to start!) I have been meaning to do so many of these projects but was overwhelmed at the grandness of it. By walking us through each of these projects, it made it fun and much less daunting and now 12 weeks later, I'm really doing it!" - Kelley Vollmer-Bruso

You love photographing your kids but you're frustrated with the results.

It all started when you had your first baby. You looked into their eyes and you fell in love. And you had to document it all... from the tiny toes to the amazing long eyelashes, from those early hours in the hospital to the first momentous trip home and all the milestones that followed. Maybe you even purchased a fancy new camera in preparation for the big event and have been using it ever since.

Only... you're not always satisfied with how the photos come out. In fact, the photos you're happy with are the result of luck that can't be counted on during those special moments when you're trying to capture something you see. And the sad truth is that you never got around to learning how to use that fancy camera you purchased - you know you could be getting so much more out of it.

You struggle to figure out what the best lighting is, or to achieve good results even without good lighting. And you still don't know how to edit a photo so it looks its best... actually, you don't even bother trying.

You have thousands of photos on your hard drive but you don't know what to do with them.

At this point, you have photos on more than one computer and they are not organized at all! You know you should be backing up but you never have, even though it makes you sick to your stomach to think about losing them. You share a few photos here and there on facebook or in e-mails to your relatives, but mostly your photos are just collecting dust on your hard drive.

Framed photos on the wall in your home? The one year baby album as lovingly planned during pregnancy? Forget it!

Would you like to achieve photosanity so that you can get better results and enjoy your photography more without having to invest a lot of time and money in education and gear?

My mission is to help families create amazing photo documentation of their children's lives, enhancing their experience as parents and building the confidence of their children and the connectedness of their family in the process.

I love helping parents fully express their love for their children through their photography and the documentation they create, to be enjoyed by friends and family now and for generations to come.

It’s ok if your smartphone camera is your main camera!

It’s ok if you have a fancy point-and-shoot or DSLR but always shoot in auto!

It’s ok if you don’t own photoshop!

My commitment is to help you get the most out of the equipment and software you have in fun and practical ways that are specifically tailored to your lifestyle as a busy parent.

Photographing my son has been the most fun, rewarding and meaningful experience I've had as a parent but I was unprepared for how overwhelming it would be to keep up with the documentation. Drawing on my experience as a mom as well as a professional family photographer, I want you to experience the same joy that I have, and learn from some of my challenges so that you, too, can achieve photosanity.
